How quickly will my order be shipped?

Orders placed Monday through Friday are generally shipped within 24 orders. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

What shipping providers do you use?

Pure Love Pet Co. ships with USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email that contains your tracking information.

How can I change the shipping address on my order?

Please email fetch@purelovepetco.com as soon as possible. We ship all orders within 1-2 business days, and can modify the shipping address as long as your order hasn't already shipped.
